Ok so its not a BIG ticket item, and it may not seem like a lot but it matters to me. 

I bought these* reeds on Ebay about a month ago, and they are NOT for a Yamaha DT250.  The package reads "CR80… YZ80… YZ100".  The reeds in the package that came in the mail only have two bolt holes, and they only have two flaps.  The DT250 uses three bolt holes and three flaps.

It should be a simple case of "item not as described"…  Here's my story with this guy.

After reciving the item (which did ship quickly).  I noticed it was not right.

I sent the seller a message saying the item is not as described. 
He replied telling me that I was wrong and that the reeds have different applications other than what is stated on the package.

I felt this might get ugly so I opened an Ebay dispute.

I then called the seller and told him I looked up the boyseen part number 603 reeds and they do not fit a DT250.  I also told him about the bolt holes and flaps.
He said that I could mail them back for a refund, and that he would reimburse me for return shipping.

The next day I mailed him the reeds back.  [This is where I goofed]… I didn't pay for a tracking number.

I waited for two weeks for a return on my purchase… NOTHING.  I sent him a couple of emails asking him if he has gotten the reeds.  Nothing.

I called ebay up on the phone today and pretty much got a cold shoulder.  They told me "Why didn't you buy a tracking number"… I responded "CAUSE I DON'T $#IT GOLD EXPLITIVE" then I hung up.
FULL OF RAGE I SENT THE SELLER A MESSAGE… Telling him "Yankee EXPLITIVE.  Go EXPLITIVE your mother some more EXPLITIVE hat"

SO I blew a head gasket at this guy, but I don't make but an ounce more that 4 digits a year and $35 is a TON of money for me. 

AGGG whateva.  Beware Chaplinmotorsports on Ebay.  He'll screw ya if you give him the chance.

BTW even the picture is wrong.  MAN I HATE THIS GUY!!!
