OfflineOne count, but the total loss of his victims is included in the one count.
The down side is his guidelines are only five to seven years on the high side, he has been in for two years already and he will get credit for that. So best case for him is another three years, this is federal time so no early release, I think….. I'm hoping for at least five more but this may not be realistic.
He could be out by this time 2015 ready to find some more victims…..![]()
We won't know until he is sentenced which could take a few more months.

OfflineThey said sentencing will be probably in a few months and that we would get an email and a letter like usual.
I would be interested to know how much this case cost the government? I wonder if it cost more than he stole to put him away for a maximum of seven years? And even that time is not guaranteed other than the almost two years he's already completed.
I bet Tammie will plea out as well. All of these criminals will be back in the "flock" just in time to do some more major damage to a new batch of people, I would bet money on it.
Still, I'm glad the FBI got into the mix this time around. Along with this website and many others Travis has been exposed, hope no one forgets about him the next time he plays his con game in a few years, I know I'll be watching to keep him honest………
