I bought a new engine, Lifan V twin 250 "2011"

I have mounted it to my own frame.

I have Lifan's service manual for this engine/ bike

Theres nothing in the book covering the Vacuum / Fuel line hook ups.

Does anyone have some photos that clearly show these connections?

If you need some electrical drawings of the componets for this new engine, I can swap / exchange with you.

The Service book is more of a mechanic's guide and does require prior knowledge.

Also   there are some changes to the vacuum manifold. This unit has 3 ports. I have the newer carburator and its shown in this maintenance book.

Please note  the newer engine comes with a 530 front spocket   not the 520 as shown in some older online manuels.

What frame did you stick it in?  I'm assuming you shoe horned it in an LF200iii or an LF200B

Do you have the down draft carb for the Vtwin motor?  Your gonna need it.  You can't substitute a side draft for a down draft unless you have an elbow.

Plug all of the vacume lines, you don't need them unless your tring to pass emissions.  I have absolutly no idea what emissions tests are comprissed of but I don't think they'll pass a v twin 250 in a 200 thumper frame.

Fuel is just a line going to the carburator from the petcock.

Do you have the cdi and the R/R for the V twin?  Once again your gonna need it.  The R/R might work but the cdi definetly won't work.  BTW the tacometer won't work unless you can get the guts out of a v twin tac and stick them in your existing housing.

The sprocket is simple.  Just swap your old c sprocket with the 530.

Other than that seems like an interesting project.  How are you routing the rear exhaust?
