just installed 150 size jet in my bike still not 100% the jet was a 132 tried a 145 and a 150. only runs when the choke is in the up position any help on this??zongshen 200cc on/off road

Supose most are not familiar with the Zongshen 200cc dual-sport bike.
I have no clue what jet it takes. Type. :-/
Any pictures of the carb, inside and out? :-?

I was talking this over with a friend who had the exact same problem (different bike, though) and he advised me that he could not make this mod work successfully until he opened up his exhaust. Could be you've got to much airflow in and not enough out.

Try removing the pilot jet and cleaning it.

Over the last year I've talked to a couple of people with Zongshen street bikes. Apparently the jet/filter mods have made the Zongshens incredibly hard to tune.
The last person I talked to eventually made a Mikuni swap in order to fix the problem.
